that uses PayPal.  Prior to this system each order was done by hand and because
of email delays etc you would not get your registration info right away.  This new system
uses PayPal IPN (instant payment notification) which allows us to process your order in
a matter of minutes.  NOTE: if you pay via e-check you will not receive your registration
info until funds have cleared and this could take 3-4 days.
