The schema editor allows you to create or edit existing schemas.
For existing schemas you can change the name, owner and comment.
It would be a good idea to check a schema's dependencies before trying to rename
it. You will not be allowed to change the name or drop the schema if it is referenced by
other objects like functions and views.
