Lightning Admin (LA) is a full-featured 32 bit Windows application for PostgreSQL versions 7.4.x and higher and
MySQL version 4.1 or higher.
LA's intuitive interface allows convenient access to the complete set of PostgreSQL/MySQL features, simplifying
database development and administration.
LA's layout is similar to a modern programming IDE such as Borland Delphi 2006 or Microsoft's Visual Studio.net which uses a tabbed MDI (multiple document interface) system. The tabs in LA could also be compared to those used in the popular Firefox web browser.
